Tech Startups –
a male domain?

ONE MISSION, an initiative by InsurTech Hub Munich, supported by Gründerland Bayern and the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy, connects female tech founders with relevant female executives.

In fostering this connection, ONE MISSION advocates for greater gender diversity in the German startup ecosystem and beyond, and strives for equal opportunities for all.

Why?

By connecting female founders with female executives, we build a bridge between the tech startup world and established companies.

This provides startups diverse opportunities, while the female founders simultaneously benefit from the experiences and extended networks of female executives.

Moreover, it enables female leaders to take a stand on the issue of gender equality, to act as mentors for startups and to contribute as supporters of ONE MISSION, thereby achieving greater visibility for women in leadership positions.

How?

With the integration of ONE MISSION into the InsurTech Hub Munich, we benefit from a strong network of international corporations, regional pioneers and cross-industry partners. Additionally, ONE MISSION has strong connections to other female entrepreneurship initiatives, investor networks and other key players in the German startup ecosystem.

We aim to facilitate access to topics surrounding diversity & tech through collaboration with experts and raise awareness for them.
